Supporting the 2020 Mint 400 Military Challenge

Some like to do it in the dirt!  With the same adrenaline fueled passion that comes with the high-speed precision of road racing, so does it drive others to launch into the loosely controlled chaos of off-road racing.

With a vision to enhance Veteran support in the off-road racing world, United States Marine Colonel Jody Lynch has joined Resilience Racing to broaden its reach, open new opportunities, and provide a unifying support function to other charities.

Inspired by his participation and fundraising efforts in the 2019 Mint 400 with UFC fighter Josh Koschek’s, Jody sees new opportunities to do more and maximize the impact that comes from this form of 'motorsports therapy'.

Through Jody's efforts, the Great American Off-Road Race™ has launched The Mint 400 Military Challenge, with the goal of raising awareness and financial support for military veterans and highlight the military’s ongoing involvement in off-road culture.  Four of the five branches of the United States military will each have their own off-road race vehicle with active duty military and veterans racing for their specific charity that focuses on the needs of its active duty members and veterans alike.
